No Spoiler Summary:

In Love & Luck you get transported around Ireland with Addie, Lina's (from Love & Gelato) spunky best friend. Addie and her family are there for her Aunt's wedding, and travel plans quickly go awry when Addie's brother decides to go on an adventure on his own.

Not wanting to be left behind on her own, Addie decides to join in on the adventure, and the once-inseparable siblings need to work through their issues to help each other find their own luck (and possibly, love.)

With the help of new friend, Rowan, and a guidebook called "Ireland for the Heartbroken" the siblings need to accept that they don't know everything about each other anymore, and need to help one another blossom into the new people they are destined to be- all while keeping this a secret from their mother and brothers before their lives are ruined.

Review:

After reading Love & Gelato in a single day, it didn't take much for me to immediately order the rest of the series- Love & Luck, and Love & Olives. I didn't love Love & Luck quite as much as it's predecessor- but I think mainly because I wanted a little more romance than I was given- which made me sad because I LOVED this male lead.

You'll easily fall for Addie, Ian, Rowan, (and Clover)- the characters are likable and fun even if the plot leaves a bit to be desired. There's way less stakes than Love & Gelato, but definitely a quick read and imo- super worth it.

You'll even get some Lina (and some cat facts!) Bringing back some characters from the first book was smart, and made reading this feel like home.

Whoever wrote the heartbreak journal is my new best friend. She seems super fun, and her brand of snark is 100% what I'm into.
